At The Growth Heads, we publish content about SEO, organic growth, and digital marketing – a field full of speculation, recycled advice, and confident claims with nothing behind them. This policy explains how we make sure our content is different, and what standards every piece we publish must meet.
Who Writes Our Content
Everything published on thegrowthheads.com is written by practitioners — the same team that runs SEO programmes for real clients every day. We are not a content farm, and we do not publish guest posts written for link-building purposes.
Our content is created by the team members named on each article, including:
- Dileep – SEO & Growth Strategist, founder of The Growth Heads. Hands-on SEO practitioner working across e-commerce, service, travel, and healthcare brands in India, the GCC, the UK, and beyond.
- Aysha – SEO Content Writer, specialising in search-intent-driven content for e-commerce and service businesses.
- Supported by our SEO Manager, SEO Analyst, and Web Developer, who review content in their areas of expertise.
Every article carries a named author. We do not publish anonymous content.
Where Our Insights Come From
Our editorial standard is simple: we write about what we do, not what we’ve read.
- First-hand campaign data. Our articles and case studies draw on live Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and revenue data from client engagements we personally run.
- Verified numbers. Every statistic we publish from our own work is taken from the source platform and can be traced to a real account. Case study screenshots come directly from Search Console and Analytics.
- Tested before recommended. When we recommend a tactic, it’s because we have used it on real projects and seen the results — not because it’s trending.
- External sources, cited. When we reference third-party research, Google documentation, or industry studies, we link to the original source.
Accuracy, Reviews, and Updates
- Pre-publication review. Content is reviewed for factual accuracy by a second team member with expertise in the topic before it goes live.
- Regular content audits. We run scheduled content decay analysis on our own site — the same process we sell to clients. Articles with outdated information are refreshed, corrected, or removed.
- Dated transparency. Published and updated dates are shown on our content.
- Corrections. If we get something wrong, we correct the article and note the correction. If you spot an error, tell us on our contact form..
Client Confidentiality in Case Studies
Our case studies present real engagements with real data. To protect client confidentiality, we typically anonymise the business while keeping every metric accurate and verifiable in the source platforms. We never inflate, project, or cherry-pick date ranges to manufacture a result. Where a metric needs context – including when a number moved in a direction that needs explaining-we say so in the case study itself.
Use of AI Tools
We use AI tools the way we use any tool: for research assistance, analysis, and drafting support – never as a replacement for first-hand expertise. Every published piece is directed, verified, edited, and approved by our human team, and every claim is checked against real data or cited sources. Nothing is published without practitioner review.
Advertising and Independence
- We do not accept payment for coverage, reviews, or recommendations in our editorial content.
- We do not publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial content.
- If we ever include affiliate links or commercial relationships in a piece, they will be clearly disclosed within that piece.
- Tool and platform recommendations reflect what we actually use in client work.
